Senior Business Development Partner (Enterprise Outreach)

TuringSpark is a curated marketplace that connects companies with top AI and software engineers. We work with organizations that are building automation systems, data platforms, LLM integrations, and custom AI applications.

We are looking for high-caliber Business Development professionals who can speak with founders, executives, and engineering leaders to help them post projects on the platform. This is a flexible, remote role suited for someone who enjoys consultative relationship-based selling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify companies with AI or software development needs
  • Conduct outreach and lead conversations with decision makers
  • Guide clients through creating their first project posting
  • Maintain relationships and pipeline visibility

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales, recruitment services, consulting, or enterprise solutions
  • Comfortable speaking to leadership (founders, CTOs, PMs)
  • Clear, polished communication and follow through
  • Self-driven and organized
  • Previous experience in business development, recruiting, consulting, or agency sales is strongly preferred

Compensation

Commission based. You will earn a percentage of project revenue after the client completes a successful engagement. There is no cap on earnings. Strong performers can build recurring income through repeat projects.
